Stefano Barzaghi, plant manager

Stefano is plant manager at our site in Lainate, Italy. Stefano has a continuous learning mindset and a belief in the importance of self-awareness as a minimum starting point.

He firmly believes in the need to learn from others and from your own experiences, by constantly challenging yourself, working with humility, and always doing the right thing. Teamwork and engagement are the foundations on which goals are achieved. These are the basic principles he has relied on in his work for more than thirty years.

At 60 years of age, Stefano feels he still has plenty of goals to achieve and is fully committed to helping Van de Velde Packaging ILC be even more successful in the future. In his leisure time he loves swimming and skiing, as well as playing golf and classical guitar.
