Our cardboard cups for coffee, hot chocolate, tea, soft drinks, ice cream and more are made from high grade eco-friendly cardboard with biodegradable PLA or PE coating to prevent leaking. Biodegradable PLA is made from renewable organic materials. A PE coating is made with petroleum or natural gas and is not biodegradable, though it can be recycled as it’s easier to separate the coating in the recycling process.
