Van De Velde Packaging Group Acquires Mibox

Mibox is the specialist in tray forming machines, with over 25 years of experience in designing and manufacturing machines for gluing and erecting corrugated cardboard trays. They have a complete range of multi-format tray folding solutions: erectors for conic trays – carton blank erector machines – ledge folding erector machines – tray erectors for forming trays with stacking edges and for trays with reinforced corners. Mibox stands for robustness and reliability: a perfect match for VAN DE VELDE PACKAGING Group and a complementary partner for Schut Systems within the Systems division of VDV Packaging Group. Together they form an important player in the market of packaging systems and have an extended portfolio of packaging machines for all sizes of boxes.
